Housing Rehabilitation and Homeless Projects
The growing and widening urban population puts the housing deficit in Nigeria to about 28 million units. The population growth of about 2.5% is putting a strain on the snail-growth of the economy, which pits a housing crisis in the country. There's also growing rate of Internally Displaced People's (IDP) camps, littered all over Northern Nigeria. These are people displaced by terrorist activities and other inimical vices that keep people hopelessly homeless.
SOLUTIONS THROUGH FUNDING
Housing Rehabilitation and Homeless Projects: Through your funding, we will provide assisted housing projects for Internally Displaced People (IDPs) across Nigeria. We will partner with the local authorities, who will provide us with the lands, security and cheap labour, then we construct a housing project for the IDPs, and other people who are desperately homeless. This strategy will help secure many housing projects for those in need of them without spending much.
